Rainy Day Activities on the Costa del Sol

After a scorching hot summer, its only fair mother nature does her job and waters all the trees and plants with some fresh rain water. In fact, after a dry harvest this year, crop farmers are glad of every drop!

The fun doesn’t stop on the Costa del Sol just because of the odd rainy day! If you’re on holiday in Southern Spain during October/November you may experience some wet weather, but don’t worry there are still plenty of fun indoor things to do for the whole family.

  • Baking – You can find all ingredients for any kind of baking in the local supermarkets
  • Board games – Most holiday rental homes will have some board games and cards for you to play
  • Watching films – You can find DVD rental shops in most towns on the Costa del Sol, and many holiday rental homes will have a selection of DVDs to watch
