About Mirador de Costalita
| This lovely apartment is set on a peaceful residential complex amongst mature, tropical gardens. There is a children's play area, and a large swimming pool. The apartment looks out over the gardens and down towards the sea, which is only a few minutes drive away. There is good access to the main road with Estepona a 10 minute drive in one direction and San Pedro a 10 minute drive in the other. The famous Puerto Banús is 15 minutes away. There is a good choice of both Spanish and international schools within a short drive, and a commercial centre with a large supermarket, bars and restaurants a kilometre away. Golfers have the Los Flamingos course practically on the doorstep, and beach lovers have only a short drive to be able to dip their toes in the Mediterranean. |
