There is a large, fully-equipped kitchen and a cloakroom also on the ground level. Stairs lead down to the private garage. Upstairs there are four beautifully furnished bedrooms, two of which have kingsize beds, full ensuite bathrooms and access to a terrace overlooking the pools. The other two bedrooms have twin beds and access to a back terrace. There is also a further guest shower room. The huge roof terrace is perfect for all-day sunbathing.

| This luxurious townhouse is set on a small, peaceful complex amongst mature, tropical gardens. The townhouse looks out over the gardens and pool area. There is easy access to the main road. The Golf Clubhouse with restaurant and bar is just a few minutes walk and there are further restaurants and a mini market also within walking distance. Estepona is a 10 minute drive in one direction and San Pedro a 5 minute drive in the other. The famous port of Puerto Banús is 10 minutes away. There is a commercial centre with a large supermarket, bars and more restaurants just 2 kilometres away.
