Welcome to the Long Term Rentals division of HolidayRentalontheweb.
All our properties are cared for by our HomeCareontheweb division, who provide all cleaning, laundry and maintenance services.
When you rent long term with us we provide you with our Long Term Rental Client Administration Service that ensures you receive the best care and attention from our HolidayRental division both before you rent and while you are a tenant.
Our Long Term Rental Client Administration Service includes the following:
- Servicing your rental enquiries by e-mail, phone, fax and visits
- Conducting viewings of properties
- Providing access to legally-compliant D.I.A. (Brief Informative Document) for properties
- Producing formal rental contracts in English and Spanish
- Taking up references on your behalf
- Collecting and holding security deposit on your behalf
- Providing a ‘Helpline' during office hours for any property issues that may arise and resolving these with the owner on your behalf (charged to owner or rental client, if call-out or protracted office work is required, depending on whose responsibility the problem is) *
- Providing access to an official Arbitration Panel to resolve any grievances with your tenancy
- Provision of 24-hour emergency service out of office hours
- Emergency call-out facility with qualified staff *
- Key-holding and management
- Provision of local information service
- Use of Customer Service computer in office for checking e-mail (first 30 minutes free)
- Undertaking monthly visit to check property on your behalf and resolve any issues with the owner
- Arranging inspection visit and inventory check at termination of tenancy*
- Rental and utilities payments collection service
- Access to company ‘trouble-shooting’ facility to handle any problems with local suppliers or utility companies, etc*
* Any chargeable services are invoiced as and when utilized.
