Renting with us - how to book your rental accommodation in Marbella and on the Costa del Sol, Spain

How to book your rental accommodation

  1. Find the accommodation of your choice.

    • Click Here to Visit the Accommodation Search page.

  2. See full details and photographs of each property by clicking 'View Details'.
  3. Booking availability of each property can be seen by clicking 'View Availability'.
  4. The calendar allows you to choose your preferred week(s) and will display the price for that particular period.
  5. Once you have selected your preferred property, click 'Proceed' and you will commence the booking process for your holiday accommodation.
  6. Complete the primary contact information and names of all persons in your party. (Note: If you have previously booked accommodation or have already registered with HolidayRentalontheWeb.com, you can enter your e-mail address and password and the details will be produced for you automatically).
  7. After clicking 'Submit' you will be shown the Client Holiday Rental Agreement (please print for your records). Once you have accepted these terms and ticked the box, click on 'Proceed'.
  8. Next, the required credit card payments will be displayed on screen. If at this stage you wish to pay by Bank Transfer, then immediately click 'Contact Us' so that we can hold your booking for you.
  9. Upon receipt of the balance due we will confirm the booking to you via e-mail.
  10. If any of the balance remains unpaid, we will advise you in due course via e-mail regarding the outstanding amount.
  11. After you have made your payment, you may then proceed to the 'Rental Options' button to request further services and complete your flight information. If you have not booked your flights then you can complete this section at a later stage. However we would request that you complete this information at least two weeks before your arrival.
  12. Thank you for your valued custom.

Booking Services

  1. Once you have paid your initial holiday booking deposit, you can arrange additional holiday services at any time by entering your e-mail address and password in the Login section on www.holidayrentalontheweb.com

  2. Details of your Holiday Booking(s) will be displayed on screen.

  3. Select and complete the options, ie:

    • Book additional services
    • Complete your flight details
    • Order a rental car
