Whether you are working in the travel industry or are looking for your ideal self-catering holiday accommodation, Kathyrn is the main person to contact in our Holiday Rentals Department.

Not only can she help you find and select the ideal self catering holiday rental accommodation, she's also there to meet and greet guests upon their arrival, helping them familiarise themselves with their accommodation and the local area.

She's also on hand to answer any questions or sort out any problems to make sure they enjoy and memorable, carefree holiday.

Lynn Rattone - Long-Term Rentals Department

Lynn is our key long-term rentals consultant. It's her job to advise prospective long-term tenants about the advantages of renting long-term on the Costa del Sol and help them find, select and view their preferred long-term rental accommodation.

She guides tenants through the whole process of signing tenancy agreements and is there to show them around their chosen rental home, and to help them settle in to the property.

She's also just a phone call away to answer any questions or sort out any problems throughout the tenancy to make sure tenants are happy.

Christine controls all the financial aspects of the company such as invoicing, statements and budgets.

Denise Wright - Client Services

Denise's main role is to liaise regularly with our rental property owners, keeping the lines of communication open at all times so that any maintenance or other issues with the rental properties we feature in our portfolio can be resolved efficiently and with minimum fuss to the happiness of all concerned.
